Sessions protocols: For all sessions to wait in their cars until the session leader comes to collect them Accompanying adult to wait in the car during the session or leave site, not to leave car Session leader will bring the YP back to the car after the session. All Summer term sessions need a COVID-19 referral form completed before sessions start - evaluates health of YP and family and confirms agreement to off-site protocols for attendance All ridden activity to stop through sessions and lessons All sessions to bring their own PPE for horse activity- boots/wellies and hats Those in horse activities without their own hats will need to be risk assessed and a disclaimer signed by parents to continue (i.e. grooming/leading horses must have hat if U16 by JAC’s normal rules) All staff/visitors on site to wash hands on arrival - hand wash stations and alcohol gel dispensers around site for initial and following washes High traffic areas cleaned at the end of each day - unnecessary high traffic areas taken out of circulation (e.g. extra phones) Feed room to only be used by staff only, hands washed before and after
