Card Payments: card payments will have a 1.5% charge added to cover the processing cost

If needing to pay by direct payment cards you can set up an online account to do this to not incur the fee.

All placements will be reviewed at the end of each half term and can be changed or cancelled at that point.

Ongoing sessions should be cancelled at least two weeks before the next half term begins, in order to allow other children to take up empty spaces.

Cancellations:
In order to keep costs low, we need to ensure sessions are fully booked, therefore once we have agreed a booking we will invoice at full cost of all sessions for the half-term. If we have to cancel a session then we will look to rebook at a later date.
