Sam Milligan Sam and his wife Yvonne founded the Charity in 1998. Sam is the visionary of the organization and as Development Director is seldom content with a status quo, he works from a place of calling and as such doesn't see anything he does as work. On a daily basis you could find him meeting with the leaders of the Council or Churches and then within an hour fixing fences or digging over the allotment with a group of volunteers. Sam also keeps in touch with the core work of the Charity and has a number of 1:1 mentoring sessions and co-leads the EAGALA sessions with Naomi.
